Amulet of Extension

When you cast a spell of 4th level or lower while wearing this amulet, you can trigger its powers without using an action. If the initial spell had a duration of 1 round, the duration increases to 2 rounds. If the spell had a longer duration, the duration increases by 50% (spells with a duration of 1 minute last for 90 seconds, those with a duration of 10 minutes last for 15 minutes, and so on).

This amulet can be used 3 times per day.
