This huggable, lovable stuffed magical bear is made of white ermine. It sports an onyx nose, sapphire eyes, and is stuffed with owlbear down.

When you are unarmored, prone, wielding no weapons, and holding the bear, you are protected as if under the effects of the spell protection from evil and good (versus aberrations and undead). If you take any hostile actions, the bear ceases to function for 1 hour. While under this protection, you are also safe from bad dreams or any external forces entering your mind, and cannot be reached via telepathy unless you choose to be.

If you hold the bear while taking a long rest, you gain five temporary hit points upon finishing the rest.
