Arrow of Aggravation

When you shoot this arrow from a bow and hit a target, it does no damage, but the target gets a +2 bonus to attack rolls, damage rolls, and saving throws, but has a -1 penalty to AC. This effect lasts for 1d6 rounds, and during that time the target must try to kill you to the best of its ability. The arrow is destroyed whether you hit or miss.
