Amulet of the Battlemage

This amulet is cast from adamantine and mithral in the shape of a crossed wands with magically infused quartz inset into either wand's tip. It grants the attuned wearer the following benefits:

• You receive a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls and Save DCs
• You may cast the Fire Bolt Cantrip at will.

This amulet has 4 charges which replenish each day at dawn. One or more of these charges may be consumed to cast the following spells, the number of charges being equal to the level of spell being cast:

Burning Hands, Magic Missile, Thunderwave, Acid Arrow

The Save DC of these spells is 15, as relevant.
