Amulet of Juxtaposition

A circular purple shinning gemstone amulet inlaid in a silver backing engraved with images of doors. Hanging on a thin gold chain an expert jeweler would appraise this as priceless. 

Three times per long rest as a reaction you can swap places with a creature that you can see within 60ft that isn't a size larger than you. The creature rolls a wisdom saving throw (spell save dc/attack modifier + 5).  If the creature succeeds take 1d6 force damage per 10ft away from the creature plus the user's level but does not expel a use. A willing creature does not need to roll the save.
