Wondrous Item, rare
Gazing upon this item you see a cylindrical object roughly 18 inches in height. A rough estimate would suggest this can contain around 1500ml of fluid.
On the outside a silver shell with gold and blue filigree shows the item has value. Roughly a quarter of the way down from the top is a visible separation where the top can be removed and used as a cup.
Speaking the command word fills the mug with steaming hot magical coffee of the holders preferred type. Drinking the coffee restores up to a total of 10 spell slots (a maximum spell slot of level 5) to be arranged in anyway the user desires. This property can be used once per long rest and does not require attunement.
