Amulet of Spell Power

Once attuned to this item, your spell slots for any level that you can already cast are increased by one spell slot for each level. In addition, you can prepare one extra spell per spell level if your class has to prepare spells.

For example: If you can cast level 1 and level 2 spells, you gain one level 1 and one level 2 spell slot and you would be able to prepare 2 additional spells.

Alternate Attunement: You can alternatively attune to the Amulet of Spell Power and focus it's power on just one spell level. Doing this increases your spell slots for any one spell level by two slots instead of one. However, you can not attune in this manner on the highest level that you can cast. For Example: If you can cast level 3 spells, you can only attune this way for either your level 1 or level 2 spell slots.

You can change how the amulet is attuned by not using its powers for 24 hours while you re-attune it.
