A silver amulet inlaid with two gems, one ruby and one sapphire, the take the place of the eyes. It is flat and shaped into the sigil of a snake, a protruding tongue wrapping the edges.
The amulet gives the wearer a +3 to CHA spell DC, and a +3 to CHA based spoken actions [Deception, Persuasion, etc].
When the wearer speaks, they can only speak in TRUTHS, they can no longer speak lies. If the try to speak a lie, it becomes gibberish that will begin to sound as the truth that is hidden away, continued attempts will cause strain on the wearer's mind resulting in psionic damage. All spoken CHA actions, need to be based on the truth, including Deception, though it can received as a lie, it needs to be ONLY the truth.
