Angel Plate Armor

Temporary Flight: As an action you can fly for 1 minute per long rest. You may exert yourself, giving yourself 1 more minute of flight. 1 point of exhaustion per minute.

Winged Cover: If not flying, you may spend a bonus action to grant yourself half cover.

Heavy: If strength is below 15 move , speed is reduced by 10ft. 

Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
