Arlecchina Mask

One kiss from whoever wears this mask can stop the heart.

As a bonus action, you can use the mask to make one melee attack with no proficiency modifier and only your charisma bonus as a modifier. Your target must have less than half ot its total hit points remaining for the attack to be used. If you hit, the target takes 5d10 plus your charisma modifier necrotic damage. If target is reduced to 20 hit points or fewer, the target drops to 0 hit points. If you miss, the target still takes half damage. Once used, this power cannot be used until the next dawn.
