Anubis' Scale

When wearing the item you can alter the wearers ability score. Once per short rest you can set what abilities to use. One ability loses up to 2 ability points while another gains 2 ability points while worn.

At 4th level the ability score changes can get up to 4 ability points. At 8th level you can change up to 6 ability points. At 12th level you can change up to 8 ability points. At 16th level you can change up to 10 ability points. At 20th level you can change up to 12 ability points.
