Produced by a special needle, this tattoo features the image of an angelic being of the tattooists choice. It can only be crafted by a Tattooist (DI Artificer Subclass).
Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this item, you hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin.
If your attunement to the tattoo ends, the tattoo vanishes, and the needle reappears in your space.
Otherworldy Defense. While attuned to this tattoo, you have resistance to radiant damage.
Otherworldy Attacks. The tattoo has 1 charge. While attuned to the tattoo, you can use your action to expend the charge. When you do, for the next minute, you have immunity to radiant damage. Additionally, you can use a bonus action on each of you turns, including the current one, to make a melee weapon attack against one creature within 5' of you. This attack uses your spell attack modifier for attack and damage rolls and deals 4d6 radiant damage on a hit. If you do not have a spell attack modifier, it uses Constitution for attack and damage and you can add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll.
A creature must be level 19 or higher to attune to this tatoo.
You will need to create a custom action for the attack using instructions in DI documentation.
