This dark silver amulet is decorated by a metallic skull with an amethyst gemstone embedded in its forehead. While wearing the amulet, you can use an action to cast the "chill touch" spell (+5 to hit with ranged spell attack) from it. You can also choose to add up to +5 to hit (any number from 1-5) at the cost of your Hit points. For example you can add +2 to hit to your attack but your health is reduced by 2. You can choose the number you add after the roll.
