Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)
This silver amulet has a stone of jagged blue quartz in it and is always cold to the touch. When attuned to the pendant you have resistance to cold damage and do not have to make saves for being in cold weather.
Additionally, you may activate the pendant as a bonus action, causing frost to cover your body for 1 minute. During that time you are, instead, immune to cold damage and resistant to fire damage, your AC is increased by 2 , and any melee attack you make does an additional 1d6 cold damage . Once you have used this feature of the amulet, it cannot be used again until the next dawn.
