Consume fuel. As a bonus action, the Sand-wisp can target one creature it can see within 5 feet of it that has 0 hit points and is still alive. The target must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw against this magic or die. If the target dies, the sand-wisp regains 10 (3d6) hit points.

Ephemeral. The sand-wisp can't wear or carry anything.

Incorporeal Movement. The sand-wisp can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.

Variable Illumination. The sand-wisp sheds bright light in a 5- to 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional number of feet equal to the chosen radius. The sand-wisp can alter the radius as a bonus action.

Actions

Burn. Melee Spell Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 9 (2d8) Fire damage.

Burst and crack. The sand-wisp and it's light magically become overwhelming to the eye's while also making sounds that may scare creatures such as Bursting and cracking like wood in a fire Blinded, Feared until it attacks or uses it's Consume fuel, or until its concentration ends (as if concentrating on a spell). Each creature in the 5- to 20-foot radius must make a Constitution and Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save they are Blinded, Feared for 1 minute. A creature blinded by this spell makes another Constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a successful save, it is no longer blinded. They must do the same for feared as well but with a wisdom saving throw. (Burst and crack does not effect allies that are none hostile)

Notes: Can not be used if you have a summon already existing such as a Sand-Wisp there can only be one Sand-Wisp in existence at a time from this Amulet. You can summon again if the already existing Sand-Wisp dies. Because it's entire being returns to the amulet to regain it's full health but needs a charge to do this., Sorcerer or Sorceress., Summoning, Jewelry
