Your Constitution score is 19 while you wear this amulet. It has no effect on you if your Constitution is already 19 or higher without it. The amulet cannot be removed at all times and trying to remove it will cause 2d8 lightning damage. It can only be removed by a Remove Curse spell or if the owner dies. After a week of wearing it, the owner will gain a point of exhaustion after every long rest.
