Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a creature of non-evil alignment)

This golden cloak shimmers with radiant light, and looks to be made of fine silk and embroidered with golden threads, complete with a hood that can be pulled over the head to conceal one's identity.

If an evil creature attempts to attune to this cloak, it must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw, taking 10d10 radiant damage and being blinded for 24 hours on a failure, or half as much damage and not being blinded on a success. Such a creature makes another saving throw at the start of each of its turns while wearing this cloak - if this evil creature is reduced to 0 hit points as a result of taking this damage, the cloak falls off of the creature's body before folding itself neatly onto an unoccupied space within 5 ft. of the creature.

While wearing this cloak, you gain the following benefits:

Magic Resistance. You have advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Spells. As an action, you can cast the Fly, Greater Restoration, Banishment (save DC 18), or True Seeing spells through this cloak without requiring material components. Once you cast one of these spells in this way, you cannot cast any of these spells until the next dawn.

Blinding Gaze. As a bonus action, you can cause your gaze to exhume a burst of radiant effulgence. Until the start of your next turn, any creature of your choice that starts its turn within 30 ft. of you must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or be blinded until the end of its next turn. Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until the next dawn.
