Ankhshepemnef's Staff of Mastery

This staff gives several bonuses. A creature attuned to this staff gains +2 to spell attacks and spell DCs.

The staff can store a spell that is cast on it. After the stored spell is cast, the attuned creature may pay hitpoints equal to twice the level of the stored spell to regain the stored spell. This effect can be used once per day.
