This Amulet raises your Wisdom Score by 4 to a maximum of 30 regardless of any other effect raising or lowering the Score And gives you Blind Sight out to 60ft.
Dragon Lich's Blood: While attuned to this Item you are cursed and only A Deity of Axis or a Wish spell can remove the curse. Every day as the sun sets the Blood of a Dragon Lich will transform your body each day at nightfall roll a 1d100 on a roll of 1-10 The transformation progresses to the next Phase. you gain Phase 0 as soon as you attune to the Amulet.
Phase 0: Rotting Dragon scales cover your body from head to toe and your teeth become jagged and pointed and you learn Draconic.
Phase 1: Your Blood becomes poisonous to all who touch it. Creatures that attack you at melee must make a DC 14 Con save or take 3d4 Poison damage.
Phase 2: You can Cast Hex at level one at will requiring no spell components, You suffer disadvantage on skill checks when within 30 ft of any good aligned Cleric or for 1d4 hours after taking radiant damage.
Phase 3: Darkness of any kind means nothing to you as you see normally in darkness even of magical nature out to 300ft, Your Con score drops by 3 points no matter what else is affecting it.
Phase 4: Whenever you would take Necrotic Damage you can use your Reaction to instead heal the same amount, you can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, Radiant Damage is the Bane of your life you now are Vulnerable to Radiant damage from all sources and if you knew celestial you forget how to speak it but can still understand it.
Phase 5: Your Intelligence score raises by 4 to a maximum of 30 and gain an extra two 3rd level spell slots, Your mind begins to drift into madness whenever you take 45 or more damage in a single round roll a DC 18 Wisdom Save on a failure you Succumb to the Blood of the Dragon Lich and the DM takes control of your Character for 1d4+2 Rounds.
Phase 6:Your body takes on Aspects of a Dragon. Rotten wings sprout from your back giving you a flying speed equal to your walking speed and Claws grow from your hands these count as natural weapons using your Strength Modifier you are considered proficient with the Claws they do 1d8 Slashing damage plus 2d6 Necrotic damage your claws count as magical for overcoming resistances. An object of great Importance becomes your Phylactery while this object is not on your person you have Disadvantage on all rolls,
Phase 7: The Blood overwhelms you and you are lost to the Corruption Your Character is now Permanently under the control of the DM and can only be saved through the act of a Deity or the Wish Spell
Phylactery: The Phylactery has an AC equal to 8 plus your wisdom modifier plus your intelligence modifier and has Health Points equal to your level times by 10 plus 25. While your Phylactery is intact you gain additional benefits. As long as it is on your person you ignore the disadvantage on skill checks when in the presence of a good aligned Cleric or from taking Radiant damage and at the start of your turns unless you've taken radiant damage in the last round you regenerate 10 HP. If you should Die and your Phylactery is Intact you will revive beside your Phylactery after 2d10 Days even if your body was reduced to a pile of ash.
