Flower crown of the faerie princess

This delicate band of woven branches and beautiful flowers seems designed to sit on one's head. It enhances the beauty and grace of any creature that wears it, gives them authority over many fey beings, and as well as various other traits of the Pixie folk.

A creature who is attuned to this item gains the following benefits;

- Your Charisma score becomes 19 whilst you wear the crown. It has no effect on your if your Charisma score is 19 or higher without it.
- You have advantage on any Charisma ability checks when interacting with any non-elf Fey creature.
- You can use an action to cast one of the following spells; Entangle, Invisibility, Polymorph. Once the crown is used to cast a spell, it can't be used to cast that spell again until the next dawn. Charisma is your spellcasting ability score for these spells and your spell save DC.
- You grow a pair of faerie wings that give you a flying speed equal to your walking speed. You can fly for up to a number of hours equal to your Constitution score modifier, per day. If you are flying when this duration expires, you descend at a rate of 30 feet per round until you land.  

Cursed item: When a creature places the crown on their head, they are cursed. They automatically become attuned to the crown and cannot remove it. Whilst attuned to the crown, the creature gains the following physical and mental traits.

- Your ears elongate and your hair grows longer and more colourful.
- Your skin becomes glittery, when you sneeze or cough you cause a cloud of pixie dust to erupt around you.

- Your voice becomes a slightly higher pitch and tone.

- You gain the following flaw; "You cannot resist cute things or playing harmless pranks. You feel obliged to show kindness and politeness to people you meet, until they cross you or your loved ones."
