Weapon (longbow), common

Everbright is a quality that can be applied to metal armor or weapons. The technique was invented or discovered by the dwarves and other races have duplicated its effect. The sun elves of Evermeet actually improved on the method, adding a blinding-flash ability to an everbright-treated weapon.

Everbright items are incorruptible—immune to rust and corrosion. For an elvish-made item, the wielder can cause it to flash an extremely bright light three times a day, possibly blinding those nearby for one round (Constitution save DC 14 or blinded until the end of the creatures next turn).

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.

Notes: Ammunition, Heavy, Range, Two-Handed, Slow
