Arpeggios
Formed from the breaking of the staff of power. A gift from the world tree, carrying its very essence. Arpeggios is a +3 artefact quarterstaff with the following properties.
Melee attack - use your intelligence modifier to hit and bonus to damage. Range 30 ft. Hit a target within range. On a hit you magically teleport to a place within 5ft of the target, deals 2d10 force damage.
Ranged attack - 60ft range. Use your intelligence modifier to hit and bonus to damage. On a hit the target receives 2d8 force damage. An unwilling target must succeed a DC 17 Charisma saving throw or be teleported to an unoccupied space within 5ft of you. There must be space for the target to land.
1/per initiative - when you are the target of an attack you may expend a reaction to swap places with another creature within 15ft. An unwilling target must make a DC 17 Charisma saving throw or swap places. You can use this feature before or after knowing whether or not the attack hits your AC.
1/per initiative - you can use a bonus action to summon two separate portals, each cannot be more than 90ft from your current location. Each must occupy separate spaces. The portals remain open until the start of your next turn, can be passed through by expending 5ft of movement, and act as clear and true reflections of the other side. Object and spells can pass through the portal as normal. This is a magic effect so can be dispelled, but is not a spell and therefore cannot be countered.
Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
Notes: Damage: Force, Ranged Weapon Attack: Psychic, Versatile, Topple
