Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a by a wizard, warlock, druid, or sorcerer)

This cloak is imbued with the foul magic of Aldinach and her poisonous sap. It is adorned with living eyes that dart every which way, constantly searching for threats.

Through the surgical and magical creation of Ulfang Skyspark, her supplicant, and the sacrifice of countless humanoids devoted to her cause, Aldinach's power yielded a new creation - an immortal living cloth of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and eyes. Standing sentry within Ulfang's nefarious temple, an imitation of his Demon Prince's Egg, this living tapestry of unblinking eyes lined the stairway to his most sacred of altars and his portal to the Abyss.

Shortly before meeting his demise at the hands of adventurers, this cloth alerted Ulfang to the unceasing advance of those who meant to kill him. One of these heroes, named Shrinu Hala-hala, carved an expanse of this cloth from the walls on which it hung, moments before helping his comrades dispatch the vile Ulfang.

Tailored into a cloak and backed with fine purple silk and gold trim, Shrinu Hala-hala discovered his creation had much power as he donned and attuned to the garb.
