Amulet of Mistake

Wearer of this amulet can turn back time 15 seconds to 15 minutes, long enough to fix one mistake. The bearer who uses the charge is the only one in the party who is aware of the rewound time and the only one who can attempt to "fix time". 

This item has 3 charges and cannot be recharged. 

After charges are empty the item crumbles to dust and the wearer cannot use another if found.
