The cloak is a dark green with purple accents on the inside. The outside depicts the night of a triple full moon with a wolf hunting its prey in the night.

The attuned creature may act in the surprise round if his initiative is at least 7 higher than everyone else. While in the surprise round attacks deal extra damage equal to his wisdom modifier.

Once per long rest, as a reaction the attuned creature may force any creature within 60ft to reroll its initiative taking the new result. The creature may spend a spell slot of 1st or higher to use this again.
