Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Spellcaster)
An emerald amulet etched with arcane runes. Once attuned, a spell caster will be able to simultaneously concentrate on two spells, however, both spells will have their remaining duration's halved. When the wearer is required to make a concentration check while concentrating on two spells, they make a concentration check for each spell, checking for the earliest casted spell first. Both concentration checks have a penalty equal to half the spell level in the check. The second spell cannot be the same as the first.
