This item cancels all Evociation spells within a 20ft radius similar to Antimagic field. The user can use a bonus action to choose up to 3 creatures within a 30ft radius but than it becomes focused on the creatures and anyone else can cast evociation spell. The user must roll 1d20 on every spell countered on a nat 1 the amulet is broken and causes 4d6 bludgeoning damage.
