Weapon (rifle, hunting), unknown rarity

Arc weapons are a recently developed invention they are highly secret, and hard to acquire.

The Arc Rifle is a powerful weapon that harnesses the forces of electricity to unleash devastating attacks upon its targets. The rifle fires at the will of the user, as long as it is loaded.

When the rifle is fired, a powerful burst of electricity shoots out of the barrel, striking its target with a bullet that produces a jolt of lightning. The electrical charge is incredibly powerful and can easily incapacitate even the toughest of foes, making this rifle an incredibly potent tool in the hands of a skilled user.

Firearm proficiency allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll.

It’s up to you to decide whether a character has proficiency with a firearm. Characters in most D&D worlds wouldn’t have such proficiency. During their downtime, characters can use the training rules in the Player’s Handbook to acquire proficiency, assuming that they have enough ammunition to keep the weapons working while mastering their use.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.

Notes: Replace Damage Type: Lightning, Bonus: Magic Item Attack With Strength, Range, Two-Handed, Ammunition (Firearms), Reload, Slow
