Ring, artifact (requires attunement by a user having been visited by the archfey in dream.)

A small black ring that feels impossibly light, wrought from twisted flat metal capturing a luminous blue and purple gem bearing the flying crane sigil of the Archfey of Tempest, Trickery, and Storm...  Aerdrie Faenya. The faint glow of the gem also seems to leave a tiny trail of faerie dust as it is moved.  It has a close connection with the Archfey, and it allows her to inhabit and sculpt your dreams.

When wearing this ring:

  • Your dexterity is increased by +2
  • You can see invisible creatures and objects.
  • You can use an Action to gain a Flying speed of 15 ft for 1 hour. If you already have a Flying speed, it is increased by 10 ft - while the ring is equipped.
  • The ring has 12 charges, and regains 1d8+4 expended charges after a Long Rest
  • As an Action, you can expend charges to cast one of the following spells using your spellcasting ability, and a spell save DC of 17:  Faerie Fire (1 charge), Gust of Wind (1 Charge),Call Lightning (2 charges), Lightning Bolt (2 charges), Chain Lightning (4 charges), Storm Sphere (4 charges).

If the wearer removes the ring, or dies, it reverts back to its dormant form - Aerdrie's Signet.
