This simple silver necklace has a roughly round pendant hanging from its thin chain, resembling a silver dragon on its hind legs. In its right claw it clutches a long lance.
Over half of the pendant has been melted and misformed by some unknown heat source. Leaving half of the dragon looking like a terrifying monster instead of the noble creature it once was. It has misshapen the pendant to the point where it isn't round. To the unknowing eye it looks ugly and sad.
But the attuned wearer knows there is power and an ancient stoic proudness within the damaged pendant. A power that remains in spite of the terrible darkness and evil that broke the master of it, a long time ago. It slumbers in a torpor, awaiting the right person and circumstances to once more touch the world with compassion and hope.
Slumbering You have advantage on initiative rolls. While you are holding the focus, it can function as a spellcasting focus for all your spells.
Stirring. The Stirring focus has the Slumbering property, and when a creature you can see within 30 feet of you makes a saving throw, you can use your reaction to give that creature advantage on the saving throw.
Notes: Advantage: Initiative, Advantage, Initiative, spellcaster
