Auril's Crown

Your Intelligence score is 20 and your Charisma score is 22 while you wear this crown.

The wearer gains Immunity to Cold damage.

Once per day, the 10th level spell Winter Solstice can be cast from the Crown. This has the effect of the spell Time Stop and Mordenkainen's Private Sanctum with a reduced radius of 50ft. Every creature within 100 feet must pass a CON save against your spellcasting modifier or take 12d4 cold damage and become Restrained by ice, taking half damage on a successful save and not being Restrained.
