Weapon (whip), rare (requires attunement by a Warforged)

An armblade is a weapon designed to integrate with the forearm of a warforged. If you’re a warforged, you can attach an armblade by attuning to it. An attached armblade cannot be disarmed or removed from you against your will, but while the weapon is attached you cannot use that hand for other actions. You can spend one minute to end the attunement and remove the armblade. An armblade isn’t inherently considered to be a magic weapon for purposes of overcoming damage resistance. However, any sort of magical melee weapon could be created as an armblade, so you could acquire a vicious armblade or a vorpal armblade.

Splintervine resembles a bundle of thorn covered vines, wrapped in leather, with a small vine about 1" in length reaching out of the top. When use to attack, the vine quickly lashes out and cracks just as a whip would.

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
When you attack with Splintervine, you may choose to activate its effect. The creature takes an additional 1d6 piercing damage, and if they are large or smaller, they must make a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be pulled 10 closer to you.

Proficiency with a Whip allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.

Notes: Damage: Piercing, Bonus: Magic, Warforged, Damage, Combat, Finesse, Reach, Slow
