Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a By a spellcaster (60 minutes))
A red chunk of stone forcing the feeling of a beating heart to be felt and heard by those that have touched the stone even once. An unmistakable hum is felt within the air whenever a spellcaster has one equipped as their arcane focus.
Once per day, this arcane focused allows the user to regain their highest level spell slot back but if cast again the caster must roll 1D20 and on a result of a 10 or lower that spell is subject to a roll on the Wild Magic Surge table.
Notes: By a spellcaster (60 minutes)
