Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Must be at 0 or less hit points and needs help from another creature to attune )
A small box of any color. Inside are 2 leather pads attached to the box by a thin string. There are also ancient tunes etched into it. When a creature other then the attuned creature reads the ancient runes (DC 10 intelligence (arcana) check) attuned creature immediately makes a DC 15 constitution saving throw. On a success the spell true resurrection is cast on them. On a failed save lightening bolt is cast on them and they can not be regenerated again.
Notes: Must be at 0 or less hit points and needs help from another creature to attune
