Potion, very rare
A viscous white and silver potion swirls within the vial, this contains spores from Malar's Cut. Imbibing the potion renders the drinker immune to magical effects for one hour, but also renders them unable to cast magic and nullifies any magic items on their person. After the one hour, all magical effects return to the drinker and their possessions. There is no way to end the effect early.
As an action the vial can be thrown, it will explode in a 5 food radius sphere of anti magic, absorbing all magic. Any active spell within the area ends. Any creature or object with magic will lose their magical ability for 1 round. A creature can make a DEX save of DC 12 to avoid the throw.
