The Apple of Souls is an apple that appears completely normal. If a bite is taken out of the apple or it is consumed in any other way, the consumer will need to make a constitution check. Please note that the apple restores itself to it previous, unconsumed state after being consumed. If they roll over a 15 on their constitution check ,all their health is restored and nothing else happens. If they roll a 15 or less they are frightened by the souls inside of the Apple of Souls and will continue to be unless the someone else somehow consumes it, in which case they are now forced to make a constitution check and follow the same rules, or the person being haunted by the souls dies. If that happens their soul joins the countless souls inside of the apple. The apple cannot be destroyed by anything, expect consumption and the apple is immune to decay and mould.
