A black cloak with a red lining that subtly pulses in brightness, you gain several advantages while wearing this cloak.
1. As an action, you can fire a slow moving volley of three flaming spheres that do 3d6 damage to one target. The target must make a DEX saving throw and takes half damage on a success. Once used, this ability can’t be used again till the next dawn.
2. The cloak stores one charge of plane shift. To see if you regain the charge, you must roll a d20 at dawn. A roll of 11 or higher replenishes the charge. You only get one chance per day to recover the spell.
3. Once a day while wearing this cloak, you can use an action to turn into a [creature]wolf[/creature], a magical [creature]giant bat[/creature], or an acidic mist cloud. The wolf and bat function as polymorph. The bat’s only attack is a single flame belch which deals 2d4 fire damage. Mist form lasts one minute and can pass through very small spaces. Any creature caught inside the 5 ft square of the cloud takes 1d6 acid damage and continues to take that damage at the start of its turn if it starts in the cloud. While in mist form, any attacking creature has disadvantage on attacks, you are immune to acid and poison damage, and you have resistance to melee attacks. The cloud’s AC is 14 and your speed is 120ft.
4. You have advantage on stealth checks while wearing this cloak.
