This magical card perfectly resembles a full-image Magic: The Gathering Card. These cards are formed by large amounts of raw magical energy joining into a single form. This raw magical energy is called Mana, and the cards use this mana to maintain their existence.
Each card is formed by a certain color of Mana. The colors of the Mana do not have rules of their own, but another Gatherer Card's description may include them. The Mana colors are: Black, Red, Green, Blue, White, any combination of them, and Colorless.
Mana Color: Black
While you are attuned to this card, you can speak its command word. When you do this, a burst of pitch black energy erupts from the card, destroys it, and summons a centaur with the following modifications:
- Creature type changes to Undead.
- Immunity to poison damage and being poisoned.
- Gains Darkvision out of a range of 40 feet.
- Understands Elvish and Sylvan but can't speak.
- And if damage reduces the centaur to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the centaur drops to 1 hit point instead.
When the centaur is summoned, if you are concentrating on a conjuration spell, you must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw against losing concentration or lose concentration on the spell. If you do lose concentration on the spell and the spell summoned multiple creatures and losing concentration on the spell would dispell all of the summoned creatures, only one of the creatures is dispelled instead.
The centaur remains for the next 10 minutes, is under your control and obeys your verbal commands. Absent of commands, it attempts to attack anything that it sees that moves.
