This small amulet features an intricately engraved symbol representing the four elements - air, earth, fire, and water. It is said to grant its wearer protection from elemental forces.

  • Requires Attunement.

  • While attuned to the Amulet of Elemental Aegis, you gain resistance to one of the following damage types of your choice: cold, fire, lightning, or thunder. You can change the damage type you are resistant to during a short or long rest.

  • As a reaction, you can use the amulet to cast Absorb Elements (1st-level) without expending a spell slot. Once you use this ability, you cannot use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
