Whomever dons this amulet will feel a searing pain in both of their eyes, as if a white hot flame has suddenly erupted within them. After a minute the pain subsides and you cannot see through your eyes but through the jewel on the amulet with truesight equal to your normal sight range or 30 feet if the user cannot see.
A triangular shaped obsidian with gold inlay on the edge and within the triangle a gold design of an eye where the pupil is replaced with a diamond.
Notes: When you remove the amulet you regain your sight after one minute of searing pain.
