An Arrow of Exile is a magical arrow that, when shot, launches into the air. The creature that shot the arrow must wait until the beginning of their next turn, at which point the arrow can travel up to 150 feet. The arrow creates multiple duplicates as it showers a 30-foot circle with arrows. Creatures within this 30-foot circle must make a Dexterity saving throw with a DC 14. On a failed save, the creature takes 5d6 radiant damage, while on a successful save, the creature takes half damage. The arrow must be able to travel 50ft into the air for the arrow to work.
Once an Arrow of Exile has been used, it becomes a non-magical arrow.
Other types of magic ammunition of this kind exist, such as Bolts of Exile meant for a crossbow, though arrows are most common.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
Notes: Damage: Radiant, Damage, Combat, Bane, Ammunition, Heavy, Range, Two-Handed, Slow
