Awakened Jouren's Eyepiece

A small bejeweled eyepiece, this device is specialized for arcane study. During the war between the gods and the dragons, the mortal races decided to take matters into their own hands and the strongest arcane practitioners pour their combined magic into crafting this powerful scrying tool. Used to discover information about their enemies, this item was coveted and stolen away before being lost to history.
Dormant. The Jouren's eyepiece grants the following benefits in its dormant state.
You are proficient in perception checks and you have advantage on perception checks reliant on sight.
This eyepiece counts as the material component for any divination spell that is not expended as part of the spell’s casting.
Once per day you can cast scrying using this eyepiece as a focus.
You also have advantage on any check to discern the true nature of illusions.

Awakened. When the jouren's eyepiece reaches an awakened state, it gains the following properties.
You can cast the spell arcane eye at will.
While wearing this eyepiece, any artificer or wizard spell you cast can be cast at double range and double duration.
Once per long rest you can use your action to see through objects to a range of 30 feet. Within that range you have darkvision if you don’t already have it. This special sight lasts for 1 minute or until your concentration ends (as if you were concentrating on a spell). During this time you perceive objects as ghostly, transparent images.
Any attacks against you, while you are not incapacitated, have disadvantage.
