Amulet of nine leaves

The Amulet of Nine Leaves is a small pendant made of silver and gold, adorned with nine intricately carved leaves of varying sizes. Each leaf seems to shimmer in the light, casting a soft green glow. When worn, the amulet imbues the wearer with a powerful enchantment that can alter fate and reality.

The true power of the amulet lies in its ability to cheat death. If the wearer were to die while wearing the amulet, the nine leaves would glow brightly, and a wave of energy would ripple out from the pendant, altering reality to bring the wearer back to life. However, this power comes at a steep price, as the amulet drains the life force of those around the wearer to sustain the magical energy needed for the resurrection.

Baba Yaga created the amulet as a test of her own power, but she quickly realized the danger of meddling with fate and the natural order. The amulet was hidden away in a secret chamber deep in the heart of the forest, where it has remained for centuries, waiting for a worthy wielder to claim its power.

Nine leaves (Passive feature): Those who wear the amulet can avoid death itself 9 times. Any roll under 10 becomes a 20 when rolling for death saves, this withers one of the amulet`s leaves and restores the character`s health to 5 times per nearby creature in a 60 feet radius. This healing takes 5 hit points from each living creature of small or larger size.

Reckoning (Curse): After the ninth leave has withered, an avatar of death will come to claim the live of the character. Said creature uses the statblock and rules of the avatar of the Deck of Many Things and will gains as much health as the amulet has healed its user.
