Amulet of Y'quaa

An ebony amulet with a glass vial full of a grey slime that is constantly swirling. That has ties to the Daelkyr Kyrzin. Requires attunement if also attuned to one or more of the 6 objects tied to the Daelkyr bonus effects are applied, see below for effects.

Effects:

Charges: Medium or Smaller 1 Charge, Large 3 charges, Huge 4 charges, Gargantuan 5 Charges

If attuned on its own the amulet has 3 charges per day that recharge each day. While wearing the amulet you gain resistance to Necrotic and Poison damage.

While you wear this amulet if you expend the amount of charges per size you are able to summon 1 CR 4 or Below Aberrations that you can command depending on sentience for 1 hour. If Aberration is sentient it must succeed a DC 5 + Charisma modifier Wisdom Saving Throw.

If attuned to 2 Daelkyr artifacts you gain 1 extra charge for a total of 4 charges.

While you wear this amulet if you expend the amount of charges per size you are able to summon 2 CR 8 or Below Aberrations that you can command depending on sentience for 1 hour. If Aberration is sentient it must succeed a DC 7 + Charisma modifier Wisdom Saving Throw. If you expend 2 charges you are able to combine a Small or Tiny Sized Creature you see with another Small or Tiny Sized Creature or 3 objects to create an abomination (Can only be used once per day).

If attuned to 3 Daelkyr artifacts you gain 1 extra charge for a total of 5 charges.

While you wear this amulet if you expend the amount of charges per size you are able to summon 3 CR 12 or Below Aberrations that you can command depending on sentience for 3 hours. If Aberration is sentient it must succeed a DC 9 + Charisma modifier Wisdom Saving Throw. If you expend 2 charges you are able to combine a Medium creature you see with another Medium Sized Creature or 2 other Small or Tiny Sized Creatures and/or 3 objects to create an abomination (Can only be used once per day).

If attuned to 4 Daelkyr artifacts you gain 1 extra charge for a total of 6 charges. While wearing the amulet you gain immunity to Necrotic and Poison damage.

While you wear this amulet if you expend the amount of charges per size you are able to summon up to 4 CR 20 or Below Aberrations that you can command depending on sentience for 6 hours. If Aberration is sentient it must succeed a DC 11 + Charisma modifier Wisdom Saving Throw. If you expend 2 charges you are able to combine a Large Sized Creature you see with 2 other Medium or Smaller Sized Creatures and/or 5 objects to create an abomination.

If attuned to 5 Daelkyr artifacts you gain 2 extra charges for a total of 8 charges.

While you wear this amulet if you expend the amount of charges per size you are able to summon up to 5 CR 30 or Below Aberrations that you can command depending on sentience for 12 hours. If Aberration is sentient it must succeed a DC 13 + Charisma modifier Wisdom Saving Throw. If you expend 2 charges you are able to combine a Huge Sized Creature you see with 2 other Large or Smaller Sized Creatures and/or 7 objects to create an abomination.

If attuned to all 6 Daelkyr artifacts you gain 2 extra charges for a total of 10 charges.

While you wear this amulet if you expend the amount of charges per size you are able to summon as many charges of CR 30 or Below Aberrations that you can command depending on sentience indefinitely. If Aberration is sentient it must succeed a DC 15 + Charisma modifier Wisdom Saving Throw. If you expend 2 charges you are able to combine a Gargantuan Sized Creature you see with 2 other Huge or Smaller Sized Creatures and/or 9 objects to create an abomination.
