This metal amulet depicts a roosting raven with a head made of polished silver. While attuned to the item, it bestows the following abilities:
Call of the Mists. If this amulet is outside of Barovia, the wearer can use their action to cast the plane shift spell, appearing at a destination of the DM's choosing within that domain.
Raven Form. As an action, you can command the amulet to transform you into a raven for up to 1 hour. The transformation otherwise functions as the polymorph spell, but you can use a bonus action to revert to your normal form.
Once you have used this feature, you can't do so again until you finish a long rest.
Unkindness of Ravens. As an action, you can summon a swarm of ravens in an unoccupied space that you can see within 60 feet of you.
The swarm is an ally to you and your companions. In combat, the swarm shares your initiative count, but it takes its turn immediately after yours. It obeys your verbal commands(no action required by you). If you don't issue any, the swarm takes the Dodge action and uses its move to avoid danger.
Once you have used this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, you can't do so again until you finish a long rest.
