The Jade Ruyi of Three Totalities is a powerful staff imbued with the divine energy of the universe. Carved from a rare jade found only in the highest peaks of Mount Origin, this staff features three different Aetherite crystals, each carved to resemble a yin-yang symbol.
While wielding this staff, you gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls with it, and you can use it as a spellcasting focus for your Monk or Cleric spells. Additionally, the staff has the following magical properties:
Three Totalities: When you make an attack with the staff, you can choose to deal radiant, necrotic, or force damage instead of bludgeoning damage. Once you use this property, you can't use it again until the next dawn.
Divine Strike: When you hit with an attack using this staff, you can deal an extra 2d8 radiant damage. You can use this property once per turn.
Healing Hands: As an action, you can touch a creature and restore a number of hit points equal to your Monk or Cleric level. Once you use this property, you can't use it again until the next dawn.
Absorb Elements: When you take acid, cold, fire, lightning, poison, or thunder damage, you can use your reaction to reduce the damage by 1d10 + your Wisdom modifier (minimum of 1). You then store the energy within the staff, and the next time you hit with an attack using the staff, you can add the stored damage to your attack's damage roll. The staff can only store one type of energy at a time, and the stored energy dissipates if you haven't used it within 24 hours.
Totality's Protection: You have resistance to radiant, necrotic, and force damage while wielding this staff.
Cosmic Force Devastation: Once per week, you can use an action to summon a powerful beam of energy that deals 20d6 radiant, necrotic, or force damage (your choice) to all creatures within a 100-foot line that is 5 feet wide. All creatures in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 21) or take full damage. On a successful save, they take half damage.
The Jade Ruyi of Three Totalities is considered a Holy Weapon, and as such, it deals double damage to fiends and undead.
Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
Notes: monk or a cleric, Versatile, Topple
