Prerequisite - Monk class
While you are wearing this amulet, as a bonus action you can activate the amulet & gain one temporary hit point per unused ki points. This can't be used to help another character & can be used once a day.
This amulet is only given when a Monk successfully completes the Chöd ritual & joins the Serene Eye. It can not be crafted, purchased or given via a DM-run encounter.
