While wearing this amulet, an arcane spellcaster can link it to a Teleportation Circle within 10 feet by spending 1 hour and diamond dust worth 100gp. The amulet is linked to the Teleportation Circle in the orphanage in Björnkulla by default.
As long as the amulet is linked to a Teleportation Circle, the wearer and all their belongings can teleport to the Teleportation Circle once per day by meditating uninterrupted for 10 minutes.
The wearer can also send messages to a specific person by visualizing the person in their mind and then speaking a short message. The recipient will hear the message the next time withing 24 hours that they are within 100 feet of the linked Teleportation Circle.
