Amulet of Takhisis

Given as a gift to those who passed the test of high sorcery, as a servant of Takhisis. This elaborate pendant features five chromatic dragon heads, each with a different color, surrounded by a red gem. When you attune the jem appears to blink, like an eye watching you.

The amulet has three charges which it regains a dawn. You can use an action to expand one of the charges to unleash the fury of the dragons breath. Choose acid, cold, fire, lightning, or poison. Each creature in a 15 foot cone must make a DC 15 dexterity throw taking 14 (4d6) damage of the chosen type on a failed save or half as much on a successful one.
