You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. When you hit a creature with it, that creature takes an extra 2d8 cold damage.
While you hold the drawn sword, it creates a cold aura in a 10-foot wide, 30-foot high cylinder around you, that can be noticed with a DC 16 perception check. All enemies in the aura have their movement halved. Each time a creature enters the aura each round (willingly or not), they must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or have their movement speed reduced to 0 until the end of their next turn. If a creature affected by this aura is hit by a source of fire damage, this effect ends on them this round.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
